INTERIOR:
• Ensure windows, doors and other
openings are secure .
• Check all interior plumbing for leaks or buildup of mildew.
• Check all appliances that are on to see that there are no problems.
• Inspect to see if there is a pest control problem.
• Mail & advertising are removed or forwarded.
• Keyholder service for homes with alarm systems (A charge of $25.00 for response to the unit in case of notification by sheriff, fire department, or alarm company).
EXTERIOR:
• Visually inspect lawn and foliage, pool and spa to ensure that services contract work is being done.
• We will check your property when you leave to see that all is okay or if there is something you might have overlooked and seeing that the property is secure. |
AFTER STORM CHECK
• In the event of a major storm, we will conduct all of the services and look for any damage that has to be addressed, notify you, and your insurance company.
